Pridgeon Open

Holy cow, I'm so far behind on blogging it's not even funny.  Here goes an attempt at catching up!

We were able to go down to the farm for this year's Pridgeon Open in July.  We got there Friday night, and Matt golfed with Brian, Paul and Justin most of the day Saturday (thanks to a rain delay).  Dinner on Saturday night was at Caruso's and Kate wanted to sit with Hadley and Grandma instead of us...what a stinker!

Katie + Ryan

My long-time friend (like since junior high!), Katie, got married in July.  The location was so fun and unique, and she was absolutely beautiful.  We had a great time celebrating the new Mr. and Mrs.!

July fun

July was busy and full and fun.  Here are a few pictures from our adventures.

After a long trip to Carters and Target, the girls got to hang out at Cabela's for a while.  They just love all those animals!

Fun with our neighbors!

The kids wanted a picture by our neighborhood sign when we took a walk one morning.  Silly kids!

Dinner in Holland with Columbus friends - so good to catch up!

Fourth of July 2015

We went to the Grandville parade with my parents and my cousins this year.  It was much shorter this year, which was actually perfect because it doesn't start until 11:00am, and it usually gets super hot if the parade takes too long.  The rest of the day was spent at my parent's house, relaxing by the pool, grilling out, and having fun.  Added bonus: both girls took good naps.

these girls...

Same hat, same porch, different girls...I don't think I could love them any more! Thank you, God, for these beautiful, precious gifts!

Japanese Gardens with Grandma

Matt was surprised to find out he had the day off on Friday, July 3 since the lab (Van Andel Institute) was closed, and Heme/Onc Clinic was closed.  So, he and my dad planned a day to work on the built-ins in our basement while my mom and I took the girls to Frederick Meijer Gardens and then swimming at their house.

The guys made great progress, and we had a lot of fun at the gardens:) What a beautiful day!
