Last week, I was able to get together with two wonderful friends from high school and their little ones.  The adult conversation was great and it was really nice to get out of the house for a few hours.  Thanks, Steph and Allison! Let's do it again soon:)

a day in the life...

There was nothing special or out of the ordinary about today, but it was a really great day.  I had so much fun with Kate.  Here's how we kept ourselves busy...

smiled some more

talked to piggy

giggled

and blew lots of raspberries

Kate is getting more and more personality every day and it so fun to watch her grow.  She brings so much joy to our lives!

This girl loves her feet - and, of course, she loves to put them in her mouth! She certainly doesn't get her flexibility from her dad:)

This little lady is very dear to our hearts and it is so much fun watching her grow.  Liana, our cousin's oldest daughter, turned three at the end of March and we loved celebrating her birthday with her!

A Week of Firsts

Kate had a lot of firsts on our recent trip to Hilton Head, so I want to celebrate them here.  Let's see...

1. She rode on an airplane for the first time (and did GREAT!)

2. She went swimming for the first time

4. She touched sand for the first time

5. She took her first shower (no pictures of that one)

6. She went for her first beach walk

8. She rolled from her belly to her back, but only Matt and Brian were there (no pictures of that either)
