taking the proper precautions

Kate is a crawling machine and doesn't like to sit still at all anymore.  She's also really, really close to pulling herself up.  So, unfortunately, it was time to put up a safety gate.  Matt installed one at the top of the stairs earlier last week, just to be safe.  It's been a little bit of an adjustment, and while it's inconvenient to open and close each time I go up and down the stairs, I'm glad it will help keep our little lady from tumbling down!
